Vendors are on notice that pursuant to FAR 17.208(d), the government has included FAR Clause 52.217-6 into this solicitation and will have the option to increase the quantity of supplies by 25% of the basic contract quantity called for in the Schedule at the unit price specified. 2. RFQ0000497 – Furniture Training Aides for Live Shoot House Facilities” which we consider a typo. TAA/BAA compliance: our HW is offered as COTS thus except from TAA by default as BAA doesn’t apply. Could you please clarify the applicability or if it can be removed?
