This notice is issued under Request for Quotation (RFQ) PR-0000740, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with the format as described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. This is a small business set aside, NAICS code 334210 and the small business size standard is 1250 employees. This will be a firm fixed price award. It has been determined that MJ Sales, Inc. is the only known source for the required product. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations.
