This RFI is conducting market research in an attempt to locate potential vendors who can provide expertise to the US Department of Justice (DOJ) Elder Justice Initiative (EJI) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Victim Services Division (VSD) and develop a training curriculum for investigations of elder abuse and exploitation cases.
