SUMMARY: This Request for Information (RFI) is in support for an anticipated acquisition for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)’s, Human Resource Division (HRD), Recruitment and Sourcing Unit (RSU) to provide Marketing Consulting services in Washington, DC. This is a planned follow – on competitive effort to replace a previously awarded WOSB set – aside for similar requirements. As background, a sources sought posting was published in early 2020. PURPOSE: The responses to this WOSB set - aside Request for Information (RFI) will be utilized to determine if any changes to the provided draft RFQ are warranted / necessary. Anticipated Period of Performance: The period of performance is estimated to start around May 2021 and is estimated to be a base with four one - year option periods. Anticipated Contract Type: The type of effort is anticipated to be FFP TOs supported by FFP quotes that are built up from FFP hourly labor rates and associated ODCs. Requirements: See Attachment 1 – Draft Request for Quote (RFQ) for FBI’s Marketing Consulting services requirement. Submittal Information: It is requested that interested businesses submit to the Contracting Office any comments / recommendations of no more than five pages in length, single spaced, Times New Roman 12 - point font. Also provide: Company Name, Company Address, Company Business Size, and Point-of-Contact (POC) name, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address Qualifications, if applicable, as a Small, SDB, SDVOSB, WOSB, 8(a), or Hub Zone concern System for Award Management (SAM) registered NAICS code The comments/recommendations shall be sent via email to Len Wines, Contracting Officer, LWines@fbi.gov.
