The FBI Human Resources Division requires contractor support in assessing the current leadership selection systems (for front-line leader, senior leader, and Senior Executive Service roles) and identifying areas for improvement, interviewing stakeholders, providing recommendations of evidence-based practices and features to include in future redesign of selection systems, offering suggestions for development of FBI leaders, proposing ways to strengthen and diversify the pipeline and candidate pool of potential leaders, and establishing a mechanism to assess the progress of these efforts.
