The NICS Section requires a WFM solution that offers functionalities including labor forecasting, scheduling, time and attendance tracking, and performance management. This evaluation will focus on each solution’s effectiveness, cost-efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals The Government requests response to this RFI to be submitted via electronic means.
