The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Otisville NY, intends to issue solicitation Q2FY20OTVDAIRY for the acquisition of Dairy products. The estimated quarterly quantities are 122,000.00 half pints of skim kosher certified mile, 80ea five pound containers of cottage cheese , 40 5lb containers of Sour Cream. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing for the period of January 1, 2020 to March 31, 2020. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, Two Mile Drive Otisville, NY 10963-0600 twice a week on Monday and Thursday no later than 12:00pm but not before 8:00am. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, and with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 21, 2019 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://beta.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Faith based and community based organizations can submit offers/ quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
