This is a contract to provide expert pediatric medical doctor (MD) consultation services and training to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG) Division. This requirment is to obtain expert services for conducting on-site case consultations, telephone conference calls, and consultations with investigators at the National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime (NCAVC) on all aspects of child abuse and torture. For further details please refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) Attachement. This is a non-personal services contract. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over contractor employees performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
