Intent of this solicitation to result in a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for Archtitect and Engineering Service's at Federal Prison Industries (FPI)(UNICOR) 400 First Street NW Washington, DC 20534. FPI currently has three (3) passenger elevators and one (1) freight/service elevator. FPI is seeking an Architectural and Engineering firm to complete the modernization of all four elevators. The solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 541310 - Architectural Services. The size standard for 541310 - Architectural Services is $12.5M. Mandatory attendance is required for award. Any company associated to the Prime e.g. Subcontractor/Joint Venture/Teaming Agreement can attend and meet the mandatory attendance requirement.
