The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Procurement Section, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit interested vendors in procuring the attached listed services for the Laboratory Division. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. All quotes shall be FOB Destination Shipping. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Large businesses will only be considered if no small businesses reply to this RFQ. Please note, this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Only quotes received referencing this solicitation will be accepted. A separate solicitation to large businesses in the event no small business quotes are received, will not be posted.
