The Federal Bureau of Investigations intends to award aa sole source purchase order to Northrup Grumman, for the following products: FAMS I-GATE ITID0060 Software Maintenance DA 2000C Base Year: 8/11/2019 to 8/10/2020 FAMS I-GATE ITID0060 Software Maintenance DA 2000C OPTION 1: 8/11/2010 to 8/10/2021 FAMS I-GATE ITID0060 Software Maintenance DA 2000C OPTION 2: 8/11/2021 to 8/10/2022 FAMS I-GATE ITID0060 Software Maintenance DA 2000C OPTION 3: 8/11/2022 to 8/10/2023 FAMS I-GATE ITID0060 Software Maintenance DA 2000C OPTION 4: 8/11/2023 to 8/10/2024 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-88, the NAICS is 511210 with a business size of $6.5 million. The qutation is being requested under solicitation PR-0002874. Based upon FBI market research, it has been determined that Northrup Grumman is the only source to meet the FBI requirement and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Northrup Grumman does not have any authorized resellers capable of supplying the software. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond by submitting a proposal to include technical qualifications and experience/pricing and any other information to Steve Cox, Contracts Manager, at the address listed above. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
