This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is PHXl-04-22 and being issued at a Request For Quotation (RFQ). It is the Government's intent that this notice will result in Multi-Awards. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334417. Deliverables To The Following UNICOR Factories: Federal Prison Industries 37940 North 45th Avenue Phoenix, Arizona 85086-7058 Rated Orders certified for national defense, emergency preparedness, and energy program use, you are required to follow all requirements of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System regulation (15 CFR part 700). When receiving these orders, you must give them preferential treatment as required by the DPAS regulations. You are required to reschedule unrated orders if they conflict with performance against a rated order. All rated orders must be scheduled to the extent possible to ensure delivery by the required delivery date.
