This solicitation is for the acquisition of various food service products for the Federal Prison Camp Montgomery, located at Maxwell AFB in Montgomery, AL 36112. Offers must be received by email before the deadline of June 8, 2026, at 14:00 Central Standard Time. Awarded pricing will be available on or about July 1st–15th, 2026, with goods to be delivered during that same period, Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Evaluation factors are past performance (rated higher than price) and price, with the award going to the most advantageous offer to the Government. All vendors must be registered in SAM and complete the ORCA application to be considered for award.
