The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Otisville NY, intends to issue solicitation OTVQ4FY22BREAD for the acquisition of fresh bread products. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing for the period of July 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, Two Mile Drive Otisville, NY 10963-0600 once a week. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, and with past performance and price considered equivalent. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 20, 2022 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: www.Beta.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. Faith based and community based organizations can submit offers/ quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of receipt of quotes is June 1st, 2022 Payment will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or purchase card. Each offeror is required to be registered in www.SAM.gov complete with representations and certifications. PLEASE FILL IN THE ATTACHED EXCEL SHEET AND REMIT IN THAT FORMAT, ANY OTHER FORMAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Awards will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable and past performance with both being equal.
