The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Otisville NY, intends to issue solicitation OTVQ1FY23DAIRY for the acquisition of Dairy products. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing for the period of October 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, Two Mile Drive Otisville, NY 10963-0600 twice a week on Monday and Thursday no later than 12:00pm but not before 8:00am. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, and with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 26, 2022 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments and awards, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. Faith based and community based organizations can submit offers/ quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of receipt of quotes is September 6th, 2022 by 11:00am EST, anticipated date of award will be September 12th. Payment will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or purchase card. Each offeror is required to be registered in www.SAM.gov complete with representations and certifications at the time of quotation.
