The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Otisville NY, intends to issue solicitation OTVQ1FY20BREAD for the acquisition of fresh bread products. The estimated quarterly quantities are 8,800 loaves wheat bread, 15,756ea hot dog buns, 30,000ea hamburger buns. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing for the period of October 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, Two Mile Drive Otisville, NY 10963-0600 once a week. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, and with past performance and price considered equivalent. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 9, 2019 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Faith based and community based organizations can submit offers/ quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
