This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 15F06723P0001795 and will utilize policies contained in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 in conjunction with policies and procedures for solicitation evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition will be evaluated as the lowest price technically acceptable.
