PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed price contract to Agilent Technologies, (CAGE Code 0YSC6), 2850 Centerville Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516: Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing; and the Product Service code is J066: Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment—Instruments and Laboratory Equipment. The FBI awarded Contract Number 15F06721P0003710 to Agilent Technologies in 2021. Due to preventative maintenance agreement and proprietary software, the FBI intends to award a non-competitive, sole-source contract to Agilent Technologies. The system components that need to be covered under this service contract are listed below: Basic descriptors: LC/QUADRAPOLE TIME OF FLIGHT (LC/QTOF SYSTEM): It is a 1200 series LC and a 6500 series mass spectrometer. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
