Sources Sought (SS) – The United States Marshals Service (USMS), Office of Procurement (OOP) is requesting information on potential sources for a Physical Readiness and Wellness Program utilizing NAICS Code 611699. This SS is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it constitute a Governmental guarantee to issue any of these in the future. The Government will not accept any proposals at this time and the Government will not reimburse any expenses incurred by any interested party in the preparation of their response. Should the Government decide to issue a solicitation for this potential requirement, the Government will determine the acquisition strategy based (in part) on the responses to the SS. If a solicitation is released, it will be posted to the Government’s Point of Entry (POE) site located at www.sam.gov, or to GSA depending on the acquisition strategy. All interested parties are encouraged to completely review the base requirements for this potential acquisition and submit a comprehensive capabilities statement that shows the requirements can be met. There will be no deviations from the minimum requirements. Program Background: The USMS, Training Division (TD) requires contractor support in the development and on-site application/instruction of a physical readiness and wellness program. This is an on-going need for the USMS and currently consist of two (2) Injury Risk Reduction and Recovery Specialist and one (1) Certified Athletic Trainer. These positions are onsite at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA. Special Qualifications: The special qualifications for the positions are listed in Section 6.0 of the provided draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government is under no obligation to request clarifying submissions from any interested party but may do so at its discretion.
