This notice uses the combined synopsis/solicitation stated in FAR Part 5.203(a)(1) & (2). A sole source award is intended to Charter Communications Operating LLC pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) based on their capability of providing the required service on their existing and compatible cable connections currently in place. However, any interested party may provide a quote in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. All quotes received will be fairly considered.
