As of February 6, 2024 ****Change 1 to the RFQ**** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Marshals Service (USMS) requires multiple Contractors to provide a quote for working canine support in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW). USMS intends to award a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for one base period and four (4) optional periods in accordance with FAR Part 13 to one or more responsible offerors for the purpose of supporting the TOD K9 OPS. Call Orders will be initiated on an as needed basis. Please see the attached RFQ for details.
