Requisition Number: M-23-D69-R-000057 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price for the purchase of Clarus FX2 Headset System for USMS-District 69 Puerto Rico. The period of performance for this effort will be a 12-month base period. This contracting action is placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 5.003 and FAR 12 for the aforementioned requirement. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement. The determination not to compete IAW FAR 8.404 as the government point of entry is within this proposed contract action and is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is a request for quotes.
