Requisition Number: M-23-D08-R-000090 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award as a firm fixed price for the purchase of Tactical Transportation Kits for USMS-District 08 Arizona. The period of performance for this effort will be a 12-month base period. This contracting action is placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 5.003 and FAR 12 for the aforementioned requirement. The determination not to compete IAW FAR 8.404 as the government point of entry is within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is a request for quotes.
