The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities and experience to conduct a Brazilian Ju-Jitsu (BJJ) Immersion Camp for twenty (20) USMS Control Tactics Instructors. The Camp must be all-inclusive (lodging, bedding, all meals, gi launder service, training and activities included) and must take place at the Vendor’s permanent on-site location. The vendor must provide transportation to and from the closest major airport to the training location on travel days. The Camp should be 5-days in length (Monday – Friday with travel days of Sunday and Saturday) and focus on a complete BJJ Immersion. All senior instructors must, at a minimum, be a certified black belt in their discipline. Vendors must also have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience conducting BJJ Immersion Camps. Due to the training schedule of USMS staff, the Immersion Camp cannot start prior to 21 August 2023, and must conclude no-later-than 01 September 2023. No dates outside of this time can be considered at this time. This sources sought is limited to total small business concerns. The preliminary NAICS code for this requirement is 611620 with a size standard of $9.0M.
