Per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5, the purpose of this notice is to notify industry that United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to exercise FAR Part 52.217-8 (Option to Extend Services) for the agencies Enterprise Postal Solution with stamps.com for a period not to exceed six months. The determination not to compete this proposed contract extension is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
