This notice uses the combined synopsis/solicitation stated in FAR Part 5.203(a)(1) & (2). A sole source award is intended to Dana Safety Supply, Inc. pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) based on their proximity to the location where the vehicles are and their ability to outfit for the necessary power and cargo requirements for the ELSUR equipment used by the vehicles. However, any interested party may provide a quote in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. All quotes received will be fairly considered.
