The contractor shall provide secure 24-hour parking for a total of 60 vehicles (personally-owned & Government-owned). Spaces must be accessible twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays. After hour access must be controlled via guard, keycard, or other electronic device. The facility must be located within four (4) blocks of 500 Indiana Avenue, NW Washington, DC. All parking spaces shall be covered. Spaces must accommodate mid-size Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV).and full-size passenger vehicles. Vehicles may be stacked parked, and vendor may also park on the other side drive aisles from where the USMS will be utilizing their spaces. Adequate space shall remain between USMS vehicles so that the vehicles may be accessed to open the door. No handicap spaces are required. Valet service is not required. The contractor shall have a parking attendant on site between the hours of 8 AM and 4:30 PM, at a minimum, 5 days a week, excluding Federal Government Holidays. If parking hang tags/stickers, access cards, etc., are required by the contractor, they shall be coordinated through the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and shall be included under this contract at no extra cost. The contractor shall make all reasonable attempts to assist USMS personnel in the event that their vehicle is inoperable due to a battery issue, i.e., jump starting the vehicle. All parking spaces shall be provided on a firm-fixed price basis in accordance with the terms & conditions and Statement of Work, contained herein.
