These are federally approved automated key control systems for fleet control management, facility and maintenance key applications. There will be seven (7) USMS offices in S/TX that will be outfitted and we need eight (8) keybox systems for those offices. One office will have 2 keyboxes for the large number of facilities and vehicle keys they carry. Employee authentication via PIN number, biometric fingerprint scan, prox card or swipe card to access the system. Proprietary software provides analytics and full audit reporting to track user access, and denies access to unauthorized users. Windows® 10 IoT operating system, Web-based key management software to secure facility keys and track key usage. Software provides full transaction audit trail with the ability to filter reports to show: 1. User History 2. Asset/Key History 3. Asset/Keys Out by Days 4. Unauthorized Asset/Key Removal 5. Daily Transaction Recap 6.
