The solicitation number is LOFM007-21 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For QUOTE (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. The North American Industry Classification System code is 326111 Plastics Bag and Pouch Manufacturing. This requirement is 100% set aside for a small business. Small Busines size standard is 750 employees. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one time order, fixed price, purchase order for the commercial item(s) described in the RFQ attached.
