PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to sole source to Bode Cellmark Forensics for laboratory support services under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is to provide Laboratory Forensic Services and Support to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI's) Laboratory Division (LD), to support operations and functions within three (3) sections of the Laboratory Division: Biometrics Analysis Section (BAS), Scientific Analysis Section (SAS), and the Terrorist Explosive Device Analytical Center (TEDAC). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the Contracting Specialist listed below by the closing date of this notice. Only emailed responses will be considered. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
