This Sources Sought (Request for Information (RFI) only) is to determine whether there are interested, capable, and qualified organizations in the marketplace with the knowledge, skills, qualifications, capacity, and capability to meet the Government's obligations to provide immigration legal services under the Settlement Agreement in Ms. L., et al. v. ICE, et al., 18-cv-00428-DMS-AHG (S.D. Cal. Oct. 16, 2023). The Government seeks to identify entities with the existing qualifications to provide legal advice on immigration matters, prepare individuals for immigration interviews and court hearings, complete immigration-related documents (including applications for asylum, parole, and employment authorization), and mentor volunteer legal representatives. The specific services that the Government seeks are specified in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW), "Legal Access Services for Reunified Families Program."
