This is an Approved Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity Competition for Support Services required by the DOJ Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Law Enforcement Services and Information Sharing (LESIS) for JBIS/JABS Operation & Maintenance. This award serves as a bridge contract to maintain support for mission-critical activities to which a gap in services would result in unacceptable disruptions. This bridge action is nececessary while the Department completes a competitive acquisiton for a replacement system that is underway.
