The purpose of this REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) is the initiation of market research for the requirement to obtain services and subject matter expertise to support the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) in carrying out its compliance determination and auditing requirements under the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act (JJDP Act). Services acquired through this SOW will assist OJJDP in carrying out its statutorily mandated responsibility to implement activities related to the JJDPA core requirements, specifically: • Collection and analysis of core requirements data submitted to OJJDP by U.S. states, territories, and the District of Columbia; and • Conducting audits of the JJDPA core requirements compliance monitoring systems of U.S. states, territories, and the District of Columbia. The selected contractor will carry out these activities in coordination with and under the oversight of OJJDP subject matter expert staff.
