It is the intent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to acquire a firm-fixed-price contract for Emergency Piping and Plumbing Leak Repair and Prevention at the J. Edgar Hoover FBI Building (JEH), Washington, DC. This order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the FBI Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract (RMACC), for which all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order.
