GENERAL INTENTION: It is the intent of this solicitation to result in a Firm Fixed-Price contract for Repair /Alteration construction type contract, located at DCMA Hartford – Syracuse, Hancock Field Air National Guard Base (Building 613) as outlined in the attached Statement of Work. The solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. QUESTIONS WILL ONLY be accepted in writing and WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER TUESDAY, AUGUST 06, 2024, at 2:00 PM EST. SITE VISIT IS MANDATORY. Mandatory Site visit has been scheduled for THURSDAY, AUGUST 01,2024 at 11:00 AM EST. Mandatory attendance is required for award. Company Name, Name of attendees, and phone number for attendees must be submitted to Kimberly.Schwinn2@usdoj.gov by TUESDAY, JULY 30, 2024 @ 2:00 PM EST. NOTE: If you have clearance to access the base - you are still required to submit your names for the site visit by the deadline of TUESDAY, JULY 30, 2024 @ 2:00 PM EST to attend the site visit. Participants will meet at: DCMA Hartford – Syracuse Visitor Gate Hancock Field Air National Guard Base 6001 East Molloy Road, Syracuse, NY 13211 The Contractor shall inspect the site where services are to be performed. This site review shall satisfy the Contractor's need to identify all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of the contract. Failure to inspect the site will not constitute grounds for claims after contract award. UP to four (4) people per company may attend.
