The scope of this effort is to provide all management, labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and environmental and quality controls, to accomplish 1st and 2nd floor renovations in B-3173 at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Crane, located in Crane, Indiana. Project consists of removal and disposal of existing carpet, epoxy and vinyl composite tile (VCT) floors; removal and disposal of existing wall paper and cove base; removal and disposal of existing walls, doors and door frames; construction of new walls and new communication closet; patch and paint walls; install new doors and door frames; install new VCT and carpet floors; install new cove base; disconnect and re-connect and provide new data, phone and electrical cables for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E); install new power outlets, lighting fixtures, ceiling tiles and grid.
