The Contractor shall provide three environmental staff personnel and any other items and services not government furnished to serve as separate and distinct program managers for the following: 1) Solid and Hazardous Waste, Recycling, and Pollution Prevention; 2) Environmental Protection; and 3) Energy and Water for the 9th Mission Support Command (MSC), U.S. Army Reserve at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. Environmental staff shall also provide environmental compliance and management support as well as technical construction support to Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Theater Support Group (TSG). The contract spans geographically to support 9th Mission Support Command Reserve locations in Hawaii (3), Guam, Saipan, Alaska (2), American Samoa and South Korea.
