This group provides procurement services to other government agencies. UNICOR is looking for General Contractors to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) for various federal and DoD buildings throughout the United States. A task order will be issued to identify the location, clearance requirements and type of work needed for each project. UNICOR is soliciting for General Contractors to cover specific regions within the continental United States (CONUS) for specific services. The regions will be divided as follows: All personnel shall have appropriate clearance for working on federal government property and may be subject to random drug tests. UNICOR, manufactures furniture and systems furniture for sale to the Federal government and DoD. They also provide for the installation of this furniture to their government customers. In order to complete the installation of UNICOR furniture, situations arise whereas additional work is required that is not covered under the current contract. This work could call for replacement of carpeting, electrical work, disassembling and reassembling of non-UNICOR furnishings, drywall work, patching and painting of walls. UNICOR is looking for a general contractor that can perform these services to ensure that the building/room is ready for installation of furniture and to provide a turn-key solution for our customers.
