This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is ISO016-19, Landfill Closures at Fort Gordon, GA and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005- 101. The North American Industry Classification System code is NAICS #238910, Site Preparation. This requirement is 100% Set Aside for a 8(a) Business. Solicitation is firm fixed price, construction type contract. Preferred method of proposal submittal is via email to Clara.Roberts@usdoj.gov.
