The solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors. Contractor shall have an active Heating,Ventilation,Air Conditioning (HVAC) license in the State of Texas.
