Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) seeks to lease the following space: State: Alabama City: Huntsville/Madison Delineated Area: North: From the North bank of the Tennessee River to where 255 and Hwy 53 meet South: From Hwy 72 and Shields Road to the North bank of the Tennessee River East: From County line road to Hwy 72 and Shields Road West: From Hwy 72 and Shields Road to County Line Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 35,000 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 3 years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is highly preferred. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
