This solicitation is FOB Destination. SERVICE SCHEDULES WILL BE ESTABLISHED BY THE CHAPLAIN OR DESIGNEE. SERVICE SCHEDULES MAY BE MODIFIED AS NEEDED BY THE AGENCY. SERVICES MUST BEGIN NO LATER THAN 1 SEPTEMBER 2022. Services will be conducted at FCC Petersburg Low, 1100 River Road, Hopewell, Virginia 23860. Services will need to begin by SEPTEMBER 1, 2022. The contract type is a labor hour contract. The Government reserves the right to award services by what is advantageous to the government. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that is considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, experience, education, delivery and past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about JULY 29, 2022 and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://sam.gov .
