UNICOR (Federal Prison Industries/DOJ) seeks a 100% small business set-aside, single-award, five-year firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for installation, retrofitting/upgrading/repair, and demolition/removal of pallet racking, storage cabinets, lockers, military/institutional metal furniture, and various metal storage systems. Work is to be performed at various Government sites throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and occasionally OCONUS, with primary performance locations in the Indo-Pacific region, Europe, and the United States; the basic contract is issued through UNICOR El Reno, OK. The contract has a guaranteed minimum of $5,000.00 over its duration and a period of performance not to exceed five years from award. Delivery is required 21 calendar days after receipt of the first order and 14 calendar days for each order thereafter. The contractor must provide all supervision, personnel, materials, equipment, and transportation, and comply with NFPA/UFC, safety, security, quality, and ISO/QMS requirements.
