This is a full-and-open competition anticipated to result in a multiple-award, five-year, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with an economic price adjustment and a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 over the contract duration. Deliveries will be FOB Destination to UNICOR facilities in El Reno, Oklahoma, and Milan, Michigan, with delivery required 21 days after receipt of the first order and 14 days for each subsequent order. Offerors must provide OEM Certificates of Conformance for all deliveries and must comply with detailed packaging, shipping, and material specification requirements. Large businesses must submit a subcontracting plan, and all offerors must provide ISO 9001 certification or their quality management system. A sample of Lot 11 sheet steel must be submitted to the Milan facility for testing.
