The contractor must staff a sales force with at least 2 regional managers and 8 sales representatives, all physically located to ensure customer responses within 24 hours, and bear all operational costs. A National Sales Manager with 7 years of federal/commercial contract furniture experience is required, reporting to UNICOR management in Washington, DC or via teleconference twice monthly. Compensation is based on a target range of 3–3.5% of monthly invoiced sales, with reductions for canceled orders or chargebacks.
