A site visit at 846 NE 54th Terrace, Coleman, FL is required for all submissions for this solicitation. I have attached the statement of work and an NCIC form. All interested offerors shall complete the attached NCIC form in its entirety and email it to Clarice.Bailey@usdoj.gov by Monday, April 29, 2024, 1:00PM, EDT. A limit of two (2) people per company applies for the site visit. An NCIC form shall be completed for each individual interested in attending. Notification to offerors with approved NCIC forms will be on or before Friday, May 3, 2024, 1:00PM, EDT. Once approved, offerors may choose one of the site visit dates. Only offerors with approved NCIC forms will be able to participate in the site visits scheduled for Tuesday May 7, 2024, at 10:00AM, EDT or Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 10:00AM, EDT. Offerors that do not participate in the site visit will not be considered for award. The Government intends to make a single award that presents the best value to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate the proposals received: site visit attendance, earliest date of service, estimated initial service completion date, price, past performance, warranty, adherence to statement of work and specifications. Questions resulting from the site visit shall be submitted no later than Friday, May 10, 2024, 10:00AM, EDT. Questions are only allowed from offerors who have attended the site visit. Answers to the questions will be posted on or before Wednesday, May 15, 2024, 1:00PM, EDT. The full Standard Form 1449 (SF1449) and request for proposal will be posted on or before May 15, 2024, 1:00PM, EDT. All Offerors shall electronically submit their proposals to Clarice.Bailey@usdoj.gov and be registered in SAM - System for Award Management on SAM.gov by the closing of this solicitation on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, 11:00AM, EDT.
