UNICOR intends to enter into a one (1) base year with four (4) option year firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for HARDWARE for various UNICOR factories in Allenwood, PA, Ashland, KY, Beckley, WV, Coleman, FL, El Reno, OK, Forrest City, AR, and Milan, MI. The solicitation number is FN1561-21 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. The minimum delivery order quantity is $100 each delivery order and the maximum delivery order quantity is $5000 EA PER DELIVERY ORDER. Delivery date requested is 10 days for each delivery order. Variation in quantity +/-10 %. NAICS CODE IS 332510. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers on a multiple award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Complex, PO BOX 1109, COLEMAN, FL 33521 ATTN: Peyton Perry (peyton.perry@usdoj.gov). All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
