UNICOR intends to enter into a one (1) base year with four (4) option year firm fixed price, Indefinite Quanity Indefiniate Delivery type contract for installation services of mezzinine, shelving, and pallet racking. The solicitation number is FN1515-21 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. Delivery date requested is 30 days for each delivery order. NAICS CODE IS 238390. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers on a single or multiple award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Complex, 1400 Dale Bumpers Blvd. Forrest City, AR 72335. ATTN: Josh Hassler. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
