UNICOR intends to enter into a one base year with 4 option year firm fixed price Indefinate Delivery Indefinate Quantity type contract for Systems Furniture Parts and Components for Coleman, FL, Milan, MI, Forrest City, AR and Ashland, KY. Solicitation number is FN1507-21 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. Delivery date requested is 14 calendar days after receipt of order for each delivery order. Variation in quantity +5/- 0 %. This procurement is Unrestricted. NAICS Code is 337211, Size Standard is 500 employees. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers on a multiple award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated proposals via Email to Linda.Kerr@usdoj.gov or Efax (352) 330-8140. The Solicitation Number FN1507-21 shall be displayed in the subject line of the email or within the document that is providing the proposal by Efax by the offer closing date and time. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. All offerors must submit the completed Past Performance Surveys. References must be for same or similar items, and for the same scope of solicitation. All Offerors must complete the SAM Registration, at www.sam.gov. All offerors must acknowledge all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror’s whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals and are listed in their order of importance: Quality of Product, Past Performance, Product Warranty, Certification/Adherence to ANSI Bifma Standards ANSI/BIFMa X5.1-2017 and E-3, Marketability, Profit Margin, Manufacturing Expertise, Design Capabilities and Engineering Services, Delivery Time, Price, Vertical Integration, Inventory Management Plan. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be emailed and furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, offer shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. The solicitation will be available on beta.SAM.gov at a later date.
