UNICOR intends to enter into a one (1) base year with four (4) option year firm fixed price Indefinate Quantity Indefinate Delivery (IDIQ) type contract for FINISH PRODUCTS (full description and quantities will be listed in the full solicitation document) for UNICOR Forrest City AR Solicitation number is FN1489-20 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. The minimum delivery order quantity is 100 GAL per delivery order each delivery order and the maximum delivery order quantity is 5000. Delivery date requested is 21 days for the initial order and 14 days for each delivery order placed thereafter. Variation in quantity +/- 10 %. This procurement is a full and open requirement. The NAICS code is 325510 Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers on a single award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Complex, Route 15, 2 Miles N. of Allenwood, Allenwood PA 17810 ATTN: Tiffani Balestrini if sending via Fedex or UPS. All Proposals should be faxed to 352-330-8152. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items, and for the same scope of solicitation. All Offerors must complete the ACH form and the Register on www.sam.gov All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments if any. Offers and samples received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror’s whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: List in order of importance: Adherence to specification (ability to meet specifications, quality of samples provided), ISO Certification, Environmentally Friendly properties, Past Performance, and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
